Credits free to play brain-training to improve your memory

I'm a fan of these brain-training games is often advertised in magazines and television.  If you are too, here's one for your free PC to download and use.  It is called N-Back, and you get http://brainworkshop.sourceforge.net.  Runs on all recent versions of Windows and the download is 10 MB.

The goal of the game is simple, but reading is not so easy!  Each game lasts approximately one minute.  Meanwhile, every 3 seconds or so, a blue square flashing on the Board of Directors for a short period of time (see figure below) and, even if the President of PC, you will hear a beautiful lady read a letter from the alphabet from a to Z.

Everything you need to do is as follows.  If the position of the blue square is the same, that it was the last time, i.e. a few seconds ago press "A" to indicate a location match.  Alternatively, if the letter dictated by Ms. bella is the same as last time, which means an audio game press therefore rather "L".  This situation is there is to it.

The game is called N - dos because it is essential to remember what happened in the past, i.e. events 1, 2 or 3 backwards.  When you start the game for the first time, N is set to 2, means that you need to recall what happened there are 2 events.  If you're new to the game, you find that is not possible, so start by not changing to 1.  The website contains full instructions on how to do so.

Apparently, cleverer than mine minds believe that you can improve your short-term memory to play this game for about 20 minutes, 4 or 5 times a week.  A good result for a free application, as long as you remember to keep playing!
